Where the settings are kept.

Each instrument keeps its stored settings as plain files, one folder per instrument, where your studio already looks. Halvyn's word for one is program; Salo's and Yumeo's, memory; Tekura's, setting.

SHOW FOLDER, behind the restoration stamp, opens it.

A pack sits in a folder of its own inside the instrument's folder.

Settings your studio saves in the AU or VST3 form land in the same folder, and the instrument lists them among the user settings.

A link: copy it, open the instrument, press the restoration stamp, and choose PASTE. A file or a pack: drop it on the instrument, or choose IMPORT… behind the stamp. Nothing is lost: a file that would be replaced is kept beside the new one as a backup.

EXPORT… keeps the setting in use as a file. EXPORT ALL… keeps every user setting as one pack. COPY LINK puts a link on the clipboard.
